2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Reachh. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. For Creators/Influencers

  • You must have legitimate ownership of the social media accounts you connect
  • You agree not to artificially inflate your follower count or engagement metrics
  • You must disclose sponsored content as required by applicable laws and platform policies
  • You must complete campaigns as agreed and deliver content meeting the specified requirements

5. For Brands

  • Campaign details must be accurate and complete
  • Payment terms must be honored as agreed with creators
  • You must not request content that violates laws or platform policies
  • You retain responsibility for ensuring your campaigns comply with advertising regulations

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts
  • Use automated systems to access the platform without permission
  • Circumvent any security measures
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts our services

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content on Reachh, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

8. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed through our secure payment system
  • Reachh charges a platform fee on transactions
  • Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Disclaimers

Reachh is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-provided information or the outcome of any collaborations arranged through our platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reachh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
